A Blueprint For Health and Happiness
I see my purpose in life as one of a Teacher and Healer, helping others in their lives, finding that reason for being, that sense of direction,
helping them to become self supportive, by removing blockages.
I do this through working with various healing modalities, for example, Spiritual Healing, Crystal Healing, Ra- Sheeba, Reiki, and Orion Healing.
When a person comes to me for help I start with counselling my client to put them at ease and to gain an understanding of why they feel they need help. Quite often people are quite nervous on their first visit, but this changes quite dramatically as the healing session progresses.
I do not expect my clients to go into great detail, and quite often they do not know why they are feeling down and life is not fulfilling for them. They just know that they need help in turning their life around so that they can move forward and find happiness in themselves.
I also ask my guides and healers to provide details as this serves as confirmation to my clients, and which further helps to make them feel even more at ease.
First I place crystals on my client, at various chakra points and I start clairvoyantly tuning into the chakras picking up on what is going on in the person's life. The readings are provided from a holistic view, in that they are concerned more with my client's overall welfare and health, both physically and spiritually.
I connect to my spirit healers and masters asking for their guidance and allowing me to be an open channel of healing energies. Often I use a combination of healing techniques, depending on what comes up during the healing session.
I then wrap both myself and my client in gold light or a golden pyramid asking that all work is done for their highest good and in love.
I then scan each main chakra point from the feet up to the crown, to determine what type of energies and emotions are blocked in these areas and how deep these emotions are held within the body.
I am often shown various scenes in the person's life, which may go back to childhood and which can be the cause of my client's unhappiness, and all the while talking to my client, letting them know what I am seeing. We discuss as we go and also agree as to what we are going to work on first.
As I go deeper into the energy blockages to remove them, I maybe prompted to change a certain belief system which we discuss and agree upon (nothing is done without my client's knowledge or permission).
I may also find that my client needs to forgive and/or release certain happenings in their life.
We do this together, by releasing the emotional hooks (feelings, parts of ourselves, that we leave in others through various experiences), thus allowing their emotions to start to heal. I continue in this way removing blockages and working on belief patterns until the session ends.
If needed, the healing session can also involve a guided meditation.
Each consultation can last from 1 to 1 ½ hours, sometimes 2 hours and people leave feeling very relaxed and peaceful. I often advise that the rest of the day be spent quietly relaxing.
Before the session ends, we discuss a maintenance program which may include simple meditation techniques, exercise like regular walks along the beach or in the rain forest. We also discuss follow up sessions, if we feel that they are required as in some cases a few healings are needed. I find that people will often phone me up a few days later saying how good they feel and that they have experienced large energy shifts and that they feel much lighter and more focussed .
