As a practitioner, hypnosis enables me to work directly with your subconscious, accessing that control panel between your conscious and subconscious minds. During a session the conscious mind relaxes and takes a back seat. In this state, your negative thoughts, memories and behaviors can be effectively reprogrammed – allowing your desired personal transformation to occur.
Making suggestions to your subconscious enables it to more efficiently bring about the desired changes physically, emotionally and mentally. Hypnosis can further use the powerful connection between mind and body to release your own inherent healing abilities, thus bringing about a release from stress, disharmony and disease.
During a session you are fully conscious, albeit in a deeply relaxed state with heightened awareness. It is usually a very pleasant experience!
