How Does It Work

The Spiritual Mentoring Programme allows you to determine the areas you need most help with and those issues you want to focus on, be it overcoming a fear of opening yourself to spirituality, or developing psychic gifts and acquainting yourself with your angels and guides. The first step in understanding and embracing spirituality is in the questioning that comes with it, for example:

• What does spirituality mean to me and how do I integrate spirituality with my daily life?
• What does Ascension mean and how do I open myself to the Universe and connect to the higher consciousness?

These are all important and sometimes challenging questions that I will lead you through calmly, gently, openly and lovingly. Perhaps you need help in letting go of blocks so that you can move into a state of Oneness, living from your centre, your heart, and following your true Soul's purpose. Some people refer to this as Enlightenment, others to the Ascended State. I refer to it simply as "Awakening of the Soul".
