Sometimes your life is something that you don’t always pay due attention to and therefore does not feel that exciting or fulfilling. Either you are going to create a life full of joyful expectation that simply flows in the direction that you desire, or your life feels full of obstacles creating endless diversions and interruptions that take you down paths that you really do not want to travel.

Know that you are:-

NOT your mind
NOT your thoughts
NOT your emotions
NOT your fears

If you are finding that any of these have taken over your life and you are not being rewarded with a life of pleasure and joy then it really is time to take stock and take action. You get to CHOOSE when you acknowledge how you truly think and feel. So take the first step in dismantling false beliefs and behaviours and start lwalking hand in hand with your beautiful Soul. .

Look From The Soul's Perspective

Look from the Soul’s perspective and gain a different outlook on your life. See everything as an experience. Look for the wisdom of nugget in each experience or situation and let go of the rest. You get to move on ore quickly, Issues are resolved more lovingly for all and you get to grow in your own innate wisdom.

Where Did That Feeling Come From?

Understand The Feeling:

When you want to understand where a feeling is coming from or why you are experiencing it, like sadness for example sit quietly, connect to your heart and go into the feeling. Don't put it on, as when putting on a coat, just attach to it via your heart. If it helps see a beautiful rose fully opened in your heart and sit in its centre.

Follow the feeling it with your mind, whilst staying centered in your heart and that way you get to observe from a distance of love.

As you follow the feeling know that you are safe and the answers will come as to where this feeling is coming from, why it is there what your Soul is wanting you to take notice of and where you can take action to create change.

Take note of any thoughts that spring up as you wander with the feeling. Don't judge or pre-suppose, just follow and listen.

You will come full circle ie. back to your true self the more you practice as you have all the answers within. Cool eh!

If you are at loggerheads within yourself or another, look at your situation from a higher perspective. Sit quietly and ask to connect to your Higer Self and request that your HIgher Mind teach you how to view the situation from that higher consciousness and so gain the bigger picture at play. You will never be denied, so just keep asking away.

Do my intentions build a solid foundation upon which I can walk in love?

Do my thoughts resonate with those from Source?

As I come to understand myself more,

So I begin to realise my true identity.

My thoughts continue inward uncovering strength and power of an inimitable kind

That is filled to the brim with love for all of mankind.

My actions no longer stray in all directions,

Where I find myself in utter confusion,

I think in love,

I know I am love,

Therefore I AM!

Sowing Seeds of Love Where Once Were Weeds

When we decide to move on from a situation, or cut ties in a relationship with family, friends, lovers for example, sow seeds of love in the gaps that you leave behind. As you disengage and hence pull back your energetic chords, place loving thoughts in their place, even if the relationship was not a happy one.

These wonderful, creative, seeds of love can be watered by you sending loving thoughts each day until you feel that you have finally let go of the past. What you have sown is taken up by the other person’s soul to assist in transforming their heart and mind to also awaken to self-love, when they are ready to explore their innate divine self.

When you feel that your life is going out of control, stop; step back into your soul and listen. Draw the curtains to your scattered mind and melt into the essence of your core being. Do not listen to the outside world. Listen to your inner world by going beyong the chatter and confusion, wherin lies love that wraps itself around you, to bring you quietness and calm.

Do not be afraid to venture in and touch the essence that is you. You are a most divine, gracious wonder that deserves love, fulfilment, joy and bliss.
