  Going Home

  ( A prayer for all those lost in fires, floods and on the roads this Christmas)

   

  May you float upon a cushion of light

  On high to the heavens above,

  May you fall into the arms of Source

  And over flow in love.

   

  All you friends are waiting,

  To greet you at the 'door',

  They have always been watching over you,

  Knowing you have been before.

   

  This place is not so unfamiliar to you,

  Remember, there amongst the hills

  Now ready and fully prepared,

  Your home that you have been building,

  On your nightly sojourns, whilst you were asleep.

   

  Inside, your bed so soft and inviting,

  Rest your new found  body and your mind,

  Gather all those earth bound worries, 

  Leave them all behind,

  For here is nothing but LOVE,

  That mends the weariest of souls,

  That deep un-ending heart of Source,

  Welcomes you back home.

  Let me see life through your eyes,

  Let me feel your heart surround me,

  Let me breathe within your body,

  Let me sink within your soul,

  
  

  Let me grow within your mind,

  Let my voice speak from your heart,

   My father in-law, Peter, is preparing to pass over so I send this prayer in love.

   

  Let not your weary heart be troubled,

  Let not your weary body hold you back,

  Let not your mind be in confusion

  As you step lighlty along the golden path.

   

  No more looking back,

  No more wondering why,

  No more crying out,

  No more fear,

  As you lift your soul to heaven above

  And find your friends awaiting to greet you with love,

  They shower you in kisses and affection,

  And once again you take rest in the heart and mind of One!

  My father-in-law, Pete, is very unwell and preparing for a new journey, bless him!
